The High School Band is the most advanced instrumental ensemble at Milton-Union. These students perform approximately 25 times each year in different ensembles.

The Milton-Union Band of Pride is the High School Marching Band. This group performs at Parades, Football Games, Pep Rallies, and Community Events.

The High School Symphonic Band is the premiere wind ensemble. These students perform the highest caliber music. Many take private lessons to further their knowledge, musicianship, and performance level on their individual instrument. This allows the ensemble to maintain its level of excellence. These students perform at three concerts throughout the year. Symphonic Band students also participate at the High School Solo and Ensemble Event which is hosted at Milton-Union. Over 1000 students perform at this event annually.

The Pep Band performs at 10 Boys and Girls basketball games as well as pep rallies and community events.
